Job Description :-
- 6-8 years of experience in civil engineering with at least 4+ years on high-rise residential projects (15+ storeys) in India

- Strong understanding of RCC high-rise structural systems, foundations, and typical residential detailing (slabs, shear walls, balconies, shafts, etc.)
- Strong understanding of RCC high-rise structural systems, foundations, and typical residential detailing (slabs, shear walls, balconies, shafts, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in reviewing GFC drawings, coordinating with structural/architectural consultants, and raising/closing RFIs during pre-construction

- Proven exposure to preparing or validating construction methodologies, work sequences, and resource planning for high-rise residential projects

- Ability to read and interpret BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents from a developer’s perspective
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
