Experience Required:
- Minimum 3- 5 years of experience
- Healthcare sector experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling HR operations, attendance, and staff records
- Managing payroll coordination and statutory compliance
- Addressing employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Supporting hospital administration and management
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospital HR processes will be an advantage
Preference:
- Candidates with prior hospital or healthcare HR experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
