We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Solution Architect with 9+ years of relevant experience to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solution designs
- Design enterprise integration strategies and architecture across Microsoft and third-party systems
- Establish and govern architecture standards, design principles, and best practices
- Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, security, and compliance requirements
- Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Define and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps strategies
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and project teams
- Evaluate emerging technologies and platform capabilities to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with business, technical, and enterprise architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Dataverse
- Strong architecture experience across integration patterns, data modeling, and security architecture
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Experience designing multi-environment strategies
- Strong governance experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
- Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Kit (preferred)
- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives (preferred)
- PL-600 certification (Mandatory)
- Azure Architect certification (Preferred)
