Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Explain products/services and convert leads into sales
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of telesales experience preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good verbal communication in English and Tamil
- Qualification: HSC / Diploma / Any Graduation
Salary & Benefits
