About the Role
We are looking for a creative, experienced, and client-focused Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing beautiful and functional spaces while delivering an outstanding client experience. Candidates with sales or client conversion experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare space planning, 2D drawings, 3D designs, mood boards, and presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project execution teams.
- Manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct client presentations and provide design consultations.
- Follow up with leads and convert design inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience in Interior Design.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and current interior design trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Sales experience or the ability to convert leads into successful deals will be a strong advantage.
