Job Description
We are looking for experienced Technical Support Professionals to join our International Voice Process. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for US-based clients, providing high-level technical troubleshooting and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end technical support via voice to international customers (US region).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and OS-related issues.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the CRM/ticketing system.
- Adhere to strict quality guidelines and process workflows.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an International Technical Support Voice Process.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with OS troubleshooting, networking basics, and common software applications.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable working permanent US Night Shifts and rotational week-offs.
