Job: Quality Assurance Engineer II Location: Chennai/Bangalore (Hybrid - 3 days in Office/week)
Job Summary:
Contribute to high-quality software delivery by executing functional, end-to-end, and automation tests for Salesforce and Agentforce platforms. Ensure robust defect documentation and collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues and optimize testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Salesforce functional and end-to-end testing to validate business requirements and user experience.
Perform Agentforce testing, ensuring platform reliability and compliance with acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain test automation scripts to streamline regression and integration testing.
Document defects and test outcomes, proactively escalating issues and participating in retrospectives.
