Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and immigration-related queries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of visa processes for various countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding visa procedures, documentation requirements, and application processes.
- Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa categories.
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application documents.
- Ensure all applications are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding application status.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, immigration policies, and embassy requirements.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities when required.
- Maintain records of client interactions and application progress.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-in consultations.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
