Job Summary
FirstINN Hotels is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associates to maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room amenities.
Ensure rooms are prepared according to hotel standards before guest check-in.
Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor.
Follow hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies responsibly.
Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping.
Assist in laundry and linen management when required.
Requirements
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
Good teamwork and time management skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
