The Outreach Programme Manager leads PCVC's outreach presence on the ground. This is a wide-ranging role spanning community awareness, institutional partnerships, and the coordination of PCVC's student ambassador programme a structured initiative that trains college students as peer advocates for safe and empathetic campus environments.
The right candidate is equally comfortable engaging a corporate partner, addressing a college principal, and sitting in a circle with students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute community outreach activities that raise awareness of PCVC's work
- Represent PCVC at public events, forums, and awareness campaigns
- Identify and approach institutions — colleges, corporates, and civic bodies — for partnership and programme adoption
- Conduct outreach meetings with decision-makers including principals, HR heads, and CSR teams
- Maintain and grow PCVC's network of institutional partners across Tamil Nadu
- Lead the rollout and ongoing management of PCVC's student ambassador programme across partner colleges
- Plan and facilitate structured recruitment events to identify and onboard student ambassadors and champions
- Coordinate inter-college activations that strengthen a unified, collective student identity
- Track outreach pipeline, partnership outcomes, and student engagement metrics across all workstreams
- Coordinate with the PCVC programme team and Dhwani helpline for integrated delivery
- Surface field insights to inform programme design and organisational strategy
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
