Job Specification & Position Summery
· We are looking for a skilled Jr. Officer/Officer in processing department to maintain and control different segment of processing. You’ll ensure the interminable and efficient running of processing lines.
· Jr. Officer/Officer Processing is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.
· On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve.
· Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.
· The goal will be to ensure that processing procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximise efficiency and profits.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate and monitor grinding / processing machines to ensure smooth production.
- Handle manpower effectively during the assigned shift and coordinate work activities.
- Maintain day-to-day production and process documentation.
- Attend machine breakdowns during the process and assist in troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper handling and utilization of raw materials as per production requirements.
- Maintain accurate entries of raw materials and coordinate with the planning department.
- Manage machine spare parts and coordinate with the stores department for availability.
- Support project-related activities and coordinate with engineers and concerned parties.
- Conduct routine checking of machines and ensure smooth running of production lines.
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
- Assist in Predictive Maintenance and loss analysis to improve machine efficiency.
- Prepare required documents and support during Internal and External Audits.
- Maintain GMP, GHP, and other safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of spare parts and ensure timely availability.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
