Job Summary:
The Warehouse Checker / Picker is responsible for accurately picking, checking, packing, and dispatching goods as per orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products from the warehouse as per order sheets or system instructions
- Verify item codes, quantities, and quality before packing
- Pack goods safely to avoid damage during transit
- Assist in loading and unloading materials
- Conduct physical stock checks and support inventory audits
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of shipments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor
- Follow company safety and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Prior experience in warehouse operations (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic understanding of inventory handling and documentation
- Ability to read and understand order sheets/invoices
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting and movement of goods
- Attention to detail and accuracy
