About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant / GRN Entry Executive to join our finance and procurement team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career, as well as professionals with up to 5 years of experience in accounting or inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recording and verifying Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the accounting system i.e Tranzact.
- Assisting with day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Supporting vendor invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock and purchase entries.
- Coordinating with procurement and store teams to ensure smooth documentation flow.
- Preparing basic reports for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP/Tally software will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates (up to 5 years) will be considered for higher salary bracket.
