Job Title: Business Development Executive (Institutional Sales)
Location: Kilpauk, Chennai (On-site)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Chennai. The role involves visiting colleges and educational institutions, promoting our programs, generating student leads, converting the prospective students and supporting the student enrollment process. This position offers excellent learning opportunities and rapid career growth in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visit colleges, educational institutions, and potential partner locations to generate student leads.
2. Build strong relationships with students, faculty members, and institutional partners.
3. Promote FinChartered Academy programs and clearly explain course benefits to prospective students.
4. Identify new business opportunities and help expand the academy’s market presence.
5. Support student enrollment activities and assist and convert the students in lead conversion process.
6. Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups, reporting, and lead management.
7. Travel to nearby cities when required for business development activities.
Candidate Requirements
1. Experienced candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
2. Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and hold a valid driving license.
3. Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby cities when required.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow in a startup environment.
