Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural design, analysis, and site coordination for residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that structures are safe, efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze reinforced concrete and steel structures for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with architects, project coordinators, and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review architectural drawings and provide practical structural solutions.
- Conduct site visits to inspect structural work and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Ensure all structural designs meet relevant building codes, safety standards, and engineering best practices.
- Assist in resolving technical and construction-related challenges during project execution.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Structural Engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree in Structural Engineering is an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structure design principles.
- Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and structural detailing.
- Good understanding of Indian Standards (IS Codes) and construction practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
