Job Title: General Manager (GM) – Automobile Showroom Head (3-Wheeler Segment)
Salary: ₹75,000 per Month

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall dealership operations including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Relations.
- Drive showroom sales and achieve business targets.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities.
- Oversee workshop, service, and spare parts operations.
- Lead and manage dealership staff and ensure high performance.
- Monitor profitability, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in automobile dealership management.
- Strong knowledge of 3-wheeler sales, service, dealership operations, and team management.
