Designation-WordPress Developer Intern

Job Summary
We are looking for a WordPress Developer Intern who is passionate about web development and eager to gain hands-on experience in building and maintaining WordPress websites. The candidate will work closely with the development and design teams to create responsive, user-friendly websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive WordPress pages.
- Build and customize websites using page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg.
- Customize WordPress themes and configure plugins as required.
- Fix website issues, bugs, and layout inconsistencies.
- Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across devices and browsers.
- Assist with website performance optimization and basic SEO implementation.
- Collaborate with designers and developers on ongoing projects.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Familiarity with at least one WordPress page builder (Elementor preferred).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of responsive web design.
- Ability to work with Figma designs.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with WooCommerce.
- Basic knowledge of Git/version control.
- Understanding of WordPress themes and plugins.
- Knowledge of ACF, custom post types, or REST APIs is a plus.
Eligibility
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
