Job Responsibilities
Contact potential customers using company-provided leads.
Explain the company's IT services clearly and professionally.
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/client data.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Meet daily call and reporting targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Tamil.
Basic English communication is an advantage.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection (for remote work).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
