Experience:- 3 - 4 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation / consulting
Qualification: MBA-IT, MCA, MBA, Msc.IT, B.Tech/M.Tech
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and needs.

Document detailed business requirements, workflows, and objectives to ensure the Odoo system meets client expectations.

Conduct gap analysis to determine where Odoo can be configured or customized to fulfill the client's requirements.

Design Wireframe and end to end workflow for system
Solution Design & Configuration:
-
Design functional solutions by configuring Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Inventory, Accounting, HR).
-
Identify Customization(custom requests) and coordinate with the Tech/Operation team to match specific client business requirements (e.g., add fields, adjust reports, configure workflows).
-
Provide recommendations for Odoo app integrations with third-party systems when necessary.
Implementation & Deployment:
-
Oversee the implementation of Odoo ERP modules, ensuring smooth integration into existing business processes.
-
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the correct setup and installation of Odoo.
-
Perform system configurations and setup to align with client’s business workflows.
-
Ensure data migration (e.g., importing customer, vendor, product, and accounting data) is performed accurately.
Training & Support:

Provide comprehensive user training for employees on how to use Odoo modules effectively.
-
Create user manuals, guides, and help documents for Odoo end-users.
-
Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user queries.
-
Assist clients with system upgrades and ensure the smooth operation of Odoo.
Testing & Quality Assurance:

Participate in system testing and validation to ensure the solution works as expected.

Identify issues and provide guidance on fixing bugs or problems in the system.
-
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and gather feedback for final adjustments.
Project Management:

Ensure that Odoo implementation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Manage client relationships, communicate project status and milestones, and provide updates on deliverables.

Coordinate between cross-functional teams (sales, technical, support) to ensure project milestones are met.

Manage Client Server properly with Dev, Staging and Production server with right configurations (eg. Make proper uses of Cron Jobs, Email Configurations)

Keep Track of Change Requests (CR) and Estimate it separately and align with the sales/ Account Team.

Highlight unique needs / requirements from demo and provide Tech team for Module development
Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with new Odoo features, modules, and updates and continuously improve your knowledge of business best practices.

Proactively recommend process improvements to clients based on industry trends and Odoo capabilities.

Contribute to the documentation and knowledge base of solutions for future reference.
