About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to manage and convert incoming sales enquiries.
All leads will be provided by the company. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospects, understand their requirements, build trust, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into orders.
The role involves handling enquiries for:
- Corporate Gifting
- Wedding Gifting
- Retail & Bulk Orders
- B2B Enquiries
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up on leads generated through the company website, digital campaigns, referrals, and other marketing activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order confirmation.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
RequirementsMust Have
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Acquisition, or Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to confidently close sales over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Comfortable working from our office in Vile Parle, Mumbai.
Preferred
- Experience in FMCG, gifting, retail, hospitality, or e-commerce sales.
- Experience handling corporate gifting or wedding gifting enquiries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking.
Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Attractive performance-based incentives
Incentives are paid on every successful sale generated, irrespective of order value.

excellent earning potential.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
