Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the site, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards and drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all interior works including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams on-site.
- Monitor daily site progress and report updates to management.
- Maintain quality control and ensure proper workmanship.
- Ensure safety standards and site discipline are followed.
- Check and verify material usage and inventory at site.
- Identify and resolve site issues or delays promptly.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, and clients when required.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of interior fit-out works and materials
- Ability to read drawings and technical plans
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic knowledge of site safety practices
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Communication and coordination skills
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision
Working Conditions:
- On-site role with extended working hours as per project needs
- Requires coordination with multiple teams and vendors
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
