Job Summary
The Delivery Boy is responsible for delivering food orders to customers promptly and professionally, ensuring food quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all food items are delivered in proper condition without spillage or damage.
- Verify order details before leaving the restaurant and upon delivery.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while on duty.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle and delivery bags.
- Report customer feedback, complaints, delivery delays, or operational issues to the supervisor.
Requirements.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Good knowledge of local routes and nearby delivery areas.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
