HRBP for entire Kottayam Zone comprising of Kottayam,Kanjirapally and Muvattupuzha
-Partner with Business/Functional Heads on manpower and people-related matters.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, engagement, and retention.
- Drive performance management, probation confirmation and transfers.
- Support manpower planning and recruitment for labs, collection centres, phlebotomy, sales, and support functions.
- Monitor attrition, absenteeism, vacancies, and manpower productivity.
- Good excel knowledge, interpersonal skills and communication.
