What You'll Do
- Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Design complex dashboards featuring data visualizations such as line charts, pie charts, graphs, geographical maps, and AI-powered interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather actionable feedback.
- Develop user personas and identify opportunities to improve usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, UI Designers, and stakeholders to deliver world-class user experiences.
- Translate business requirements into engaging and user-centric designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on UX Design experience.
Strong expertise in:
- UX Dashboards
- Mobile Applications
- Internal Enterprise Products
- Data Visualization Interfaces
- AI-powered Products & Tools
- B2C & E-commerce Platforms
- ✅ Proficiency in:
- Figma (Must Have)
- User Research & User Testing
- Wireframing & Prototyping
- Responsive & Mobile-First Design
- Design Thinking & User-Centered Design (UCD)
- Accessibility & Usability Best PracticesPreferred Skills:
- Experience with A/B Testing, Heuristic Evaluation, and Rapid Prototyping.
- Graphic Design and Social Media Creative Development.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
