Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Liaise with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits
- Support inventory and stock-related financial controls
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
- Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits
- Assist in improving internal controls and financial processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry especially in Diesel Generator, Batteries are preferred.
- Need to work in 15 days at the Chennai office and 15 days at the Hyderabad office each month.
- Should know Tamil, Telugu and English
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
- Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and financial ERP systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
