We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to lead lateral and strategic hiring initiatives across functions. The role involves partnering with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire high quality talent while driving workforce planning and building strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior level positions.
Understand business requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
Drive salary negotiations and offer closures.
Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Partner with leadership for workforce planning and future talent needs.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis for key positions.
Drive diversity hiring and employer branding initiatives.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles.
Track and analyze hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.).
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads.
Provide hiring insights and market intelligence.
Act as a recruitment advisor to business leaders.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS data.
Ensure adherence to hiring policies and documentation standards.
Improve hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
