- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients, including retail traders and investors, to introduce automated algorithmic trading software.
- Product Explanation: Clearly explain how algo-trading works, its benefits, risk management, and the potential returns.
- Client Onboarding: Assist prospective clients in signing up, setting up their software, and navigating the trading platform.
- Lead Tracking: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, client feedback, and lead statuses in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Relationship Management: Follow up with existing trial users to convert them into premium subscribers and address their basic queries.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of the stock market, trading terminologies, and financial concepts is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in regional languages such as Tamil, Hindi, and English.
- Patience & Resilience: Ability to handle client rejections, remain calm under pressure, and deal with objections regarding trading risks
