Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HVAC Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, material submittals, and work progress reports.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Ensure all work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Review and approve project documentation, drawings, and BOQs.
- Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC project management (preferably in commercial or industrial projects).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation processes.
- Excellent project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
