About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who can efficiently manage multiple projects while acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams. The ideal candidate must possess strong client communication skills, technical understanding of web technologies, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
This role requires hands-on coordination of Websites, E-commerce Platforms, CMS-based Projects, and Custom Web Applications from requirement gathering to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather, document, and translate client requirements into actionable tasks.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Conduct project meetings and prepare status reports.
- Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and project quality.
Mandatory Requirements
· 5+ years of Project Coordination or Project Management experience.
· Strong Client Communication & Stakeholder Management skills.
· Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
· Technical understanding of: Websites, E-commerce Platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.),
CMS Platforms (WordPress and similar CMS) and Custom Web Applications.
· Strong problem-solving and decision- making capabilities.
· Excellent English communication (Written & Verbal).
· Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience coordinating development teams in an IT service company.
