We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive – Inbound to handle inbound travel enquiries, prepare tour packages, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth execution of tours while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound travel enquiries and convert enquiries into bookings.
Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and tour packages.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other vendors.
Manage tour bookings and ensure smooth pre-tour and on-ground operations.
Follow up with clients and provide timely updates and assistance.
Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tour execution.
Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and operational details.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound travel sales and/or tour operations.
Good knowledge of Kerala and Indian destinations.
Experience in preparing itineraries, quotations, and tour packages.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Candidates with experience in DMC/inbound tour operations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
