Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day business operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Team Management: Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff. Provide ongoing coaching to help team members succeed.
- Customer Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service; handle escalated customer or client issues with professionalism and a swift resolution.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, manage workplace supply ordering, and complete routine paperwork.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Leadership: Strong ability to delegate tasks, motivate a team, and manage workplace conflict constructively.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Expert time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Point of Sale (POS) systems, scheduling software, and standard MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
