Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about entertainment, music, nightlife, events, and content creation, with the ability to create engaging digital campaigns and audience-focused content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Create engaging content such as reels, stories, posts, captions, and event promotions.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for events, artist promotions, weddings, and brand collaborations.
- Coordinate with creative, photography, and video teams for content shoots and edits.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Schedule posts and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Handle live event coverage including backstage moments, rehearsals, artist performances, and crowd engagement.
- Track analytics, audience insights, and campaign performance to improve reach and engagement.
- Respond to audience queries, comments, and messages professionally.
- Support branding and promotional activities across online platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or video editing tools.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and digital campaigns is a plus.
- Prior experience in social media management, entertainment, or event industry preferred.
