Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil / Interior) to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and timelines.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising civil and interior works, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil and interior construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed on-site.
- Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report project progress.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and daily work reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction and/or interior fit-out projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and execution methods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities while meeting project deadlines.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
