Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while acting as a trusted partner to executives.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across departments and ensure timely information flow.
- Draft professional correspondence on behalf of executives.
Meeting & Event Management
- Organize board meetings, leadership meetings, and client interactions.
- Arrange logistics for conferences, events, and business trips.
- Track action items and ensure timely completion.
Project Support
- Assist in managing strategic projects and executive initiatives.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare summaries for decision-making.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on key deliverables.
Confidentiality & Compliance
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹14,731.84 - ₹49,011.36 per month
