Team Leader – Digital Marketing

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead our digital marketing team, manage client campaigns, and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing team.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reports.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and developers.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Ensure monthly KPIs and client objectives are achieved.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
