Role Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for driving store performance by achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, managing store staff, and maintaining smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction.
- Drive store sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to improve performance.
- Recruit and develop staff while controlling attrition.
- Manage store cash, inventory, and POS operations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Ensure SOP compliance and proper store operations.
- Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and product quality.
- Schedule staff shifts and maintain adequate staffing levels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of managerial experience in retail sales
- 12th or Degree passed
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer handling ability.
- Result-oriented with multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced retail environment
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
