The Front office and Admin Assistant is for a cultural club in Indiranagar
The responsibilities are :
- Managing the reception
- Interact and engage with members and visitors coming to the club
- Answer queries from members and visitors in person and on call
- Assist with topping up of member cards
- Assist in managing the facility
- Assist in managing data / call outs to members etc.
Profile:
- 4+ years of experience in handling reception and admin work
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Google sheets, Gmail etc
- Filing , documentation knowledge.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, Kannada.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
