We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain records, coordinate schedules, and provide general office support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
