About the Role
Fuselage Innovations is looking for a highly driven Performance Marketer to lead our digital marketing initiatives and generate qualified leads for our products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, creating engaging content and ad creatives, optimizing conversion funnels, and driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
· Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms.
· Generate qualified leads through targeted digital marketing campaigns.
· Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, Cost per Lead (CPL), and conversion rates.
· Build and manage lead-generation funnels and landing pages.
· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
Content & Creative Strategy
· Conceptualize, script, and coordinate the creation of Instagram Reels, videos, and digital content.
· Identify market trends and create content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
· Manage content calendars and campaign schedules.
· Work closely with designers, videographers, and sales teams to create high-performing creatives.
Marketing Analytics & Optimization
· Analyze campaign data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
· Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
· Optimize marketing budgets to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.
Brand Building & Growth
· Support product launches, events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives.
· Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
· Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing practices.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
· Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
· Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
· Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and related analytics tools.
· Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools will be an added advantage.
· Experience in the EdTech sector will be considered an added advantage.
