Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing candidates to final hiring.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and feedback processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.
- Handle payroll processing and salary management.
- Assist in internal audits and payroll audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
- HR-related certifications will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with B.E./B.Tech, MBA, or MCA qualifications may also apply.
