About the Role

In this role, you won't just be sitting behind a screen analyzing data—you will be the voice of our brand. You will get hands-on experience across the entire marketing and sales funnel, managing everything from inbound lead generation to outbound customer outreach and direct phone communications. This is a 360-degree learning experience perfect for someone looking to build a career in growth marketing, business development, or sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach (Inbound & Outbound): Conduct direct phone calls and outreach to prospective and existing customers to qualify leads, gather feedback, and pitch our solutions.
- Inbound Marketing Support: Respond to incoming inquiries, follow up with warm leads from our website/social media, and guide them through the initial stages of our pipeline.
- Outbound Campaigns: Execute outbound marketing initiatives, including cold/warm calling, email sequences, and social media outreach to build our pipeline.
- General Marketing Support: Assist the team with various daily tasks, which may include content creation, market research, and tracking campaign performance.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and lead status in our system.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: You must be highly confident, articulate, and empathetic on the phone and in writing.
- The "Do-With-Joy" Attitude: A strong willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take on various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Persistence & Grit: Comfort with outbound calling and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, communications, business, or a related field (relevant experience also welcome!).
- Bonus Points: Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce), basic Canva skills, or prior customer service/sales experience.
