About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and energetic candidates for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) for our US process. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to interact with international clients. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and industry events
- Communicate with US-based clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored business solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close business opportunities
- Manage sales pipelines, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and internal teams to achieve business objectives
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve business development skills
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Team player with a professional approach

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- MBA is a plus
- Experience in sales/business development is preferred but not mandatory
