About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales, client relationships, and technology-driven solutions. If you have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and the desire to grow in the HVAC / Instrumentation / Engineering Sales domain, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and client visits.
- Work on sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for closures.
- Visit clients to present products and services, negotiate, and finalize orders.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and track progress.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate from BBA, BCom, BBM or diploma in marketing or similar background preferred but not necessary.
- Fresh Graduate or Experienced in Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Confident, motivated, and target-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
