We are looking for a highly organized Program Coordinator to manage training programs, coordinate with internal teams, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth execution of educational initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage training programs from planning to completion.
- Maintain participant records and program documentation.
- Track program progress using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or LMS.
- Coordinate with trainers, sales, operations, and support teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and program performance reports.
- Schedule batches, sessions, and assessments.
- Ensure timely communication with students and stakeholders.
- Handle administrative and operational activities related to training programs.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with CRM or LMS platforms
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institute, or Education Industry is preferred
