Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Business Development Manager to drive global expansion in the corporate learning space. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales, international business development, and revenue generation within the Learning & Development (L&D) sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify business opportunities, build strong partnerships, and drive revenue growth across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth in global markets.

Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in corporate L&D, HR, and procurement departments.

Establish alliances with global enterprises, training providers, and industry stakeholders to enhance market reach.

Proactively identify prospects, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships.

Understand client training needs and provide tailored learning solutions that align with corporate objectives.

Lead high-value negotiations, close deals, and oversee contract execution.

Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.

Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagement and execution.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B international business development, sales, or revenue generation within the Corporate Learning industry.

Strong understanding of corporate learning trends and training needs across diverse industries.

Expertise in driving sales, managing complex negotiations, and closing high-value contracts.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho), sales automation, and digital learning platforms.
