Job Description
We are hiring experienced AR Callers with strong knowledge in Hospital Billing (UB04) for our Hyderabad location. Candidates should have experience handling US healthcare AR processes, insurance follow-ups, claim status checks, denials management, and payment resolutions
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) activities for Hospital Billing (UB04)
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid and denied claims
- Analyze claim denials and take necessary actions for resolution
- Work on claim status, payment posting, appeals, and reimbursement follow-ups
- Ensure timely processing and closure of pending claims
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution and escalations
Required Skills
- Experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing
- Strong knowledge of Hospital Billing (UB04)
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of US Healthcare process
- Ability to work in Night Shift
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
