To promote the company's after sales service business by increasing customer retention, generating service bookings, promoting service campaigns, and building long term customer relationships.
- Promote periodic service, repairs, accessories, and value added services to existing and potential customers.
- Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other digital platforms to generate service appointments.
- Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate communication.
- Follow up with customers for periodic maintenance, warranty services, and expired service reminders.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the workshop team to ensure smooth scheduling of customer appointments.
- Collect customer feedback after service and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve concerns.
- Promote seasonal offers, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), extended warranties, and service packages.
- Monitor customer retention and repeat service business.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service marketing activities and campaign performance.
- Support customer engagement events and promotional activities organised by the company.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
