We are currently expanding our business team and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth and client acquisition.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, connecting with potential clients, promoting our IT services (especially Ruby on Rails Development), and converting leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market research.
- Identify potential customers looking for web development, Ruby on Rails development, SaaS solutions, and custom software development.
- Conduct introductory calls, product/service presentations, and online meetings with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to successfully close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Track, manage, and update leads in CRM and follow up regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Cryptex Technologies in industry events, webinars, and networking sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (IT industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Understanding of software development services, Ruby on Rails, web technologies, and IT outsourcing is an added advantage.
- Ability to create and implement sales strategies.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing).
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in IT services or web development sales.
- Experience dealing with international clients (US, UK, Australia).
- Familiarity with outsourcing models and project estimation techniques.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
