- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally
- Maintain call records and reports
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets (if assigned)
- Coordinate with sales or support teams when required
