- Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and demonstrate software products to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business.
- Coordinate with customers during implementation and onboarding.
- Provide post-sales support by assisting customers with product-related queries and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the development team to communicate customer requirements, feedback, and reported issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, sales activities, support requests, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.
